Just a quick note to say "hi" and to let you know you are still in my thoughts.  Hope you are feeling pretty well. Know it takes some time to get all of your energy back after surgery but you will get there!  Just be patient and pamper yourself once in awhile!!  I LOVE to read your blog. Helen, I first heard about your illness and surgery from Rick at Gulf Coast and have been praying for your recovery ever since.  I was delighted to see your wonderful smile in the most recent blog entries...and hope to see that same smile in person sometime soon.  I know you've got a long road to recovery ahead -- and know that your inner strength and determination will help on that path.  All my best wishes to you and your loved ones.
